Book Hunters: Reading as an Adventure

In collaboration with the Sv. Petar u Šumi Branch School, we became part of the project “Book Hunters,” whose goal was to encourage the youngest to read.

Third and fourth grade students accepted the challenge to read as many as 400 books, and we rewarded them with gift certificates – small incentives for big reading steps.

Tinjan workshops: Let’s get to know the world of printing

At the invitation of the Municipality of Tinjan, we participated in an inspiring project of entrepreneurial workshops for elementary school students.

We had the honor of leading a STEM workshop on printing, where students explored the interesting world of color, graphic design, and technology.

Visit to the graphic design school from Rijeka

We have opened the doors of our facility to students of the Secondary Graphic School in Rijeka on several occasions.

During the visit, they learned about all phases of the production process – from digital prepress, through techniques and printing machines, to final finishing.

Through a hands-on tour of our facility, students took a peek behind the scenes of the printing industry, and through examples of their own work, they were able to watch their designs transform into a finished product.

Meetings like this are important for educating young people and passing on love for the craft, and we look forward to the visits of new generations of future colleagues.
