Through the implementation of the EU project Green Transition in Label Production, Etikgraf d.o.o. aims to highlight the importance of promoting the role of women in managerial and other positions within the printing industry.
The printing industry has traditionally been perceived as a male dominated field, which has resulted in a low representation of women. For this reason, the company seeks to encourage more women to apply for jobs in the printing industry in order to achieve a better balance between men and women across all positions, with particular emphasis on managerial roles. Etikgraf d.o.o. is committed to gender equality and non discrimination in all forms. Employment decisions are based exclusively on candidates’ knowledge, skills, and competencies, regardless of gender, age, religion, political orientation, or any other personal characteristic. Every candidate who applies for a position at Etikgraf d.o.o. has equal employment opportunities. While the characteristics of men and women may differ, they are equally important for the work and success of the company.
Holding a managerial position in the production sector can involve additional challenges for women. At Etikgraf d.o.o., however, knowledge, experience, organisational skills, and responsibility are considered the key criteria for successful job performance. Women in the printing industry contribute a high level of precision, patience, analytical thinking, and motivation, qualities that are essential in production processes. Gender does not affect productivity or quality of work. With good organisation of both professional and private responsibilities, women participate equally in decision making, team leadership, and company development, with no grounds for discrimination.
After the completion of this project, the company will continue to actively promote a balanced representation of men and women across all positions, including managerial roles, while ensuring equal opportunities and non discrimination.
