Recently published Regulation on packaging and packaging waste, single-use plastic products, and fishing gear containing plastic (NN 137/2023) marked an important step in regulating the packaging industry.

In one part it defines new markings for the deposit-refund system and reusable packaging. When it comes to their application on packaging, including labels, these markings must be applied with high contrast compared to the background color.

The markings are downloaded in EPS file format from the website of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.
