In January 2023. Etikgraf took an important step toward a digital future: we switched off our old system and transferred all processes and production to CERM software<\/a>, an advanced MIS (Management Information System) designed for the label and packaging industry.

This step was not just another move toward digitalization but a strategic investment in efficiency, precision, and growth. Now, two years later, we reflect on how this decision has helped us improve operations and strengthen our relationships with clients and partners.<\/p>\n

Simplicity at the Core of Complex Processes<\/h2>\n

Before we implemented CERM, many of our tasks were performed manually, and the systems we used were not interconnected. This took up a lot of time and left room for errors. With the introduction of CERM, routine tasks became automated, order management and production planning became more streamlined, and processes became faster and more transparent. With real-time data, we can make faster and more informed decisions, fully aligned with our clients’ needs.<\/p>\n

Insight into Production Beyond Expectations<\/h2>\n

The software is integrated with all the machines in our production, with varying levels of automation depending on the type of machine. For example, finishing machines are connected to CERM via sensors that monitor material consumption, production status, and operator activity in real time. On the other hand, digital machines are connected through the JDF standard, enabling a significantly more advanced level of automation. Thanks to these real-time production monitoring tools, we now have complete control over every step of the process. From better material utilization to eliminating bottlenecks, every detail is now under a magnifying glass.<\/p>\n

Better Connection With Customers and Suppliers<\/h2>\n

One of CERM’s significant advantages is that it has allowed us to successfully integrate with our clients’ and suppliers’ EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems. This integration has enabled faster data exchange, reduced paperwork, and shorter delivery times.<\/p>\n

A Change That Created Growth Opportunities<\/h2>\n

As with any major system, the transition was not easy. The implementation of CERM required certain changes in the way we work, but our employees bravely accepted the challenge. Today, they are equipped with tools that make their jobs easier, and everyday tasks now require less time and effort. This gives them the opportunity to focus on what matters most – creating additional value for our clients.<\/p>\n

Two years later, we can confidently say that the decision to implement CERM was the right one and has given us a step ahead of the competition. Increased client satisfaction, stronger supplier connections, and measurable improvements in all processes are just some of the results.<\/p>\n
